Hinkemeyer's Christmas Tree Farm was started in 1971 when we planted 5,000 seedlings. Every spring thereafter 5-15 thousand seedlings are planted at our four farms. Our first harvest was in 1977. Today, we continue a choose and cut business and retail lot at our home farm in Rice, MN.

We have shown our trees and wreaths at the Minnesota State Fair since 1985, and have consistently been awarded with numerous top rankings.
Family Business
Our three children have grown up learning and helping us in all phases of growing cultured Christmas trees. Many of our friends and relatives lend us a hand at Christmas time as well.
